Join other 4-H senior members from across Alberta May 5th to 8th and experience a journey of a lifetime. A journey full of tear-creating laughter, life-altering experiences and friendships that will truly last a lifetime. Oh, and your journey may just take you to a national or international trip or conference. Oh, and what if we said your epic journey might even include being named a 4-H Alberta Ambassador or the Premier’s Award Recipient? All truly awesome!
So what does a weekend of awesomeness look like? Delegates will explore some of the near future realities of moving out, budgeting the costs of living on their own and managing change. Delegates will also look at career choices and skills and abilities needed in choosing their work environment.
Attending Selections will help you gain useful knowledge and a new appreciation of the art of putting yourself out there while remaining true to who you are. This short program offers all of this in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere, with plenty of time for making new friends and having fun.
Your 4-H Diaries should be received by your 4-H Specialist no later than Feb 15.
Note: Once a member has been awarded a trip, they must accept the trip and will not be able to return to Selections (except under extraordinary circumstances).
