Alberta 4-H requires a number of summer staff to assist with the development of tomorrow's leaders. Successful applicants will work alongside professional staff, who, through guidance and skill specialization will ensure that selected applicants' experience is one of learning, self development and increased skill in their area of work.
Deadline for receipt of applications is 4:30 pm on January 27, 2012. If sent by fax, it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all application pages have been received. Only those receiving an interview will be contacted.

Completion of one year of post-secondary education

Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Must satisfy a screening process, which may include a criminal record check and submission of a driver’s abstract

Previous 4-H or Farm Safety experience

Relevant position-related certifications/training (e.g.: WHMIS, canoeing, archery, environmental awareness, leadership/facilitation, etc.)

Approximately $14 - $18/hour

Rate dependant on education and previous employment with the Government of Alberta or the 4-H Foundation of Alberta
